Over time, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems have become my areas of expertise, allowing me to understand their interdependencies and deliver comprehensive inspections. Way back in the year 1999, I proudly donned the "green shirt" at a major home improvement retailer. It was during this time that my passion for buildings, construction, and assisting homeowners in creating safe and healthy living spaces blossomed. Within the confines of budgetary constraints, I strived to provide solutions that met homeowners' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have actively contributed to various community organizations, with Habitat for Humanity Canada being a notable example, a volunteer experience I highly recommend for any current or future homeowner.
