Experience
In addition to being an experienced and Certified Professional Inspector from the world's largest home inspection organization, our inspector has an additional 15 years experience in Building Operations & Maintenance, where he gained an extensive knowledge of the interdependency of various building systems such as plumbing, electrical & HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). Previous to this, he worked at a major home improvement retailer where he developed a passion for buildings, construction and helping homeowners live in a safe and healthy home, all within their budget constraints.
