I have been a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI since 2021, bringing hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to honesty to every inspection. Every home is inspected with the same care and diligence I would expect for my own family. Before becoming a home inspector, I spent more than 15 years working in building operations, maintenance, and facilities management. Combined with formal inspection training and ongoing professional education, this practical experience allows me to evaluate homes with an understanding of how building systems perform over time, not just how they appear on the day of the inspection. I believe every home is unique. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach or generic reporting, I tailor each inspection to the home's age, construction, and condition, providing clear, practical information that helps you make informed decisions. Professional education doesn't stop after certification. Through ongoing training and continuing education, I remain current with the latest inspection techniques, building practices, and industry developments.
